Our client is looking for an IR Specialist to join their team. You will be responsible for drafting employment contracts, SOP’s, disciplinary hearings, representing at CCMA, advising staff on disciplinary procedures etc.
Candidate Requirements
Must have:
HR degree or Law Degree essential
Min. 3 years relevant experience within the retail environment is essential
