Main purpose / objective of the position:
Being the primary contact / liaison for the supplier’s administrative personnel Telephonically and E-mail Manage and
resolve client / supplier complaints / queries and request
Ensuring that the Suppliers invoices are
Uploaded in the correct format
Completed according to the set guidelines communicated to the Suppliers
Data verified and checked – and moved to the correct next level
All approved invoices processed and send to the client.
Statistics is maintained of all transactions for the day
Records are being kept (saved) on the central Knowledge drive
Maintain good long-term customer and client manager relationships.
Decision making authority:
The incumbent normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work and receives general instructions on new
assignments
Has the authority to execute all Key Performance Areas as stated on this form and in line with the Company approval
framework and client policies and procedures.
Experience / Education:
Minimum of Grade 12
2-3 year’s relevant experience in invoicing and end-user support
Experience within the Facilities Management field is preferable
Skills required:
Computer literacy; Infor EAM; MS Office – Excel and Word; Outlook; Administration Skills; Time Management;
Telephone skills.
Knowledge required:
Contract Management (SLA Suppliers etc); Financial principles / processes (costings) Policies and procedures
Preparation of reports, including dashboards, Administration skills, Communication skills

The incumbent will be based an office environment, or a home-based office. Normal working hours will apply
Overtime work will be required from time to time in line with the Group overtime policy
