💰 Salaris: R10 000 per maand
💼 Werksure: Maandag – Donderdag | 08:00 – 16:00 | Vrydae | 08:00 – 13:00 (33 uur per week)

Wat jy gaan doen:

Assisteer die Tenderbestuurder met:

  • Verkryging van kwotasies.

  • Bestellings na goedkeuring van die kwotasie deur die Direkteur.

  • Pryse vir tenders.

  • C-Track monitering / Persoonlike km’s bereken.

  • Rekords van Plant vir dienste/ure.

  • Skryf van tenders.

  • Dieselblad hersienings.

Algemene kantoor take:

  • Argivering van bank- en verskaffer dokumente, ens. Algemene argivering.

  • Foreman Kleingeld hersienings.

  • Verskafferlêers – Opdateer en instandhouding.

  • Werknemerlêers – Opdateer en instandhouding – Kontroleer dokumentasie en hou rekords.

  • Skryf van bestellings teen fakture wat ontvang is.

  • Tussenbehoor van werfrekords.

  • Invoer van fakture in Pastel.

  • Bestellings met Pastel.

  • Kantoorbenodighede instandhouding.

  • Algemene kantoorwerk.

Waarna ons soek:

  • Selfsugterend en betroubaar.

  • Sterk rekenaarvaardighede, insluitend Pastel.

  • Vermoë om te werk onder druk en in ‘n dinamiese omgewing.

  • Uitstekende organisatoriese en kommunikasievaardighede.

  • Ervaring in ‘n soortgelyke pos sal ‘n voordeel wees, maar is nie noodsaaklik nie.

Office Assistant
Are you a detail-oriented individual looking for a role in a dynamic office environment? Can you prioritize tasks effectively and multitask? Then this is your chance to take on a key role as an Office Assistant!

📍 Location: Midrand
💰 Salary: R10 000 per month
💼 Working Hours: Monday – Thursday | 08:00 – 16:00 | Friday | 08:00 – 13:00 
📈 Available Positions: 1
👉 Starting Date: ASAP

What you’ll be doing:

Assist the Tender Manager with:

  • Obtaining quotes.

  • Orders after quote approval from the Director (Manager to be cc’d).

  • Prices for tenders.

  • C-Track monitoring / Personal km’s calculated.

  • Records on Plant for services/hrs.

  • Writing up tenders.

  • Diesel sheet reconciliations.

General office duties:

  • Filing of banking, supplier documents, etc. General filing.

  • Foreman petty cash reconciliations.

  • Supplier files – Updating and maintaining.

  • Employee files – Updating and maintaining – Checking paperwork & keeping records.

  • Matching orders with invoices received.

  • Site records.

  • Entering invoices into Pastel.

  • Orders using Pastel.

  • Stationery upkeep.

  • General office work.

What we’re looking for:

  • Self-motivated and reliable.

  • Strong computer skills, including Pastel.

  • Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

  • Experience in a similar role is an advantage, but not essential.
