Join an FMCG team as an Engineering Manager in the Western Cape!
In this role, you will be responsible for managing engineering services across maintenance, utilities, CAPEX projects, and safety systems in a food processing environment. Your expertise in mechanical engineering, continuous improvement, boiler operations, water reticulation, and managing capital projects will be essential in ensuring smooth operations, compliance, and long-term infrastructure planning. You will also handle budgets and costing management.
Candidate Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have a BEng in Mechanical Engineering, a GCC Factories certification, and experience in the food processing industry. Strong leadership, project management skills, experience in utilities and CAPEX planning is key to success.
