Job Objectives:
- Process monthly group services financial transaction in a timely manner.
- Prepare monthly business reviews by department
- Prepare the monthly brand and business unit packs accurately, timeously and confirm recorded in accordance with applicable accounting standards and relevant legislation
- Prepare the monthly cost allocation to brands
- Manage forecasts and budgets for the Group Services business units
- Manage the Payroll Reconciliation function and the associated team
- Oversee the financial reporting system processes and provide training and support where necessary
- Create opportunities for improved team work
- Assist with ad-hoc reporting and analysis
- To provide accurate, timeous and relevant financial information to facilitate decision-making.
- Identify and implement improvements within the finance control environment
- Assist in delivering the finance teams long term objectives and goals
- Provide coaching and mentorship for future development of team members
