As a Mechanical Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing maintenance operations, coordinating work schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations in the mining industry.

As a Mechanical Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing maintenance operations, coordinating work schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations in the mining industry.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee mechanical maintenance.
- Prioritize and direct Artisans based on emergencies.
- Respond to mechanical breakdowns.
- Manage the Engineering workshop and stores.
- Control and order required stock and materials.
- Diagnose and repair equipment faults.
- Identify root causes of breakdowns.
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Trade Test Certificate (Fitter & Turner)
- Extensive knowledge on Plant Equipment
- 5 years’ experience as a Mechanical Foreman.
- Knowledge in pumps, pipe systems for slurry and clear water, conveyor belts, screening, DMS drum, cyclones.
- Valid Driver’s License
