A national FMCG retailer is looking for a qualified and experienced individual to assist the Store Manager in running and managing the store effectively, based within the Mayville area.
MUST BE WILLING TO WORK RETAIL HOURS
Requirements:
- Matric
- Valid Driver’s License is required
- Min 3yrs assistant management experience in a retail environment is essential
- MS Office literate
Responsibilities:
- Opening and closing the store
- Training and managing staff (30)
- Pricing of stock
- Ensure shelves are always stocked
- Manage the merchandising of the shelves and fridges
- Oversee and manage stock takes
- Ensure customer service is always achieved
- Store administration
- Monthly reporting to Management
