Operations Co-Ordinator (women Of Africa)
Job Description
Job Function
- Receiving & Confirming fuel orders from the system and manual platforms.
- Consult with the transport for documentation and processing of the same.
- Process documentation for the Operations department and contractors-
Ordering lifting slips – Cash, Terms & COC.
- Planning, controlling, and scheduling loads for Customers and Depots
- Controlling and monitoring deliveries nationally.
- Address Client queries.
- Updating customer portals and platforms
Requirements
- Matric
- Qualifications in supply chain management would be advantageous.
- 2-3 Years administration in Road freight industry
- 2-3 Years experience on the electronic processing system (SAP, Pastel any other advantageous)
- Knowledge of the fueling industry
- Understanding of the impact of your own role on service delivery to internal and external customer service mind-set
- Able to work flexible hours in line with business requirements. This includes alternate weekends.
- Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail.

Remuneration
- Salary R10,000-R15,000 PM
- Company pension fund (one permanent employee is achieved)
