Financial Manager
Job Description
RPO Recruitment’s client is looking for a Financial Manager to join their team in Rivonia, Johannesburg.
The successful candidate will lead the finance department, oversee financial operations, and support executive leadership with strategic financial guidance. This is a permanent role offering a market-related salary based on experience.
Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a finance team of 15 staff members.

Oversee daily financial operations and ensure regulatory compliance.

Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.

Provide strategic financial insights to support executive decision-making.

Implement and maintain financial systems (Proman, SAGE Payroll, SAP Ariba, Coupa).

Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

Drive cost control initiatives and improve financial efficiency.

Liaise with auditors and manage the year-end audit process.
Requirements:

Minimum of 15 years’ experience in financial management.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Chartered Accountant (CA), CIMA, or equivalent professional certification.

Strong proficiency in financial systems and reporting tools.
-
Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
