Ons kliënt spesialiseer in die verhuring van akkommodasie, sanitasie en bergingsfasiliteite wat meeste konstruksie- en ingenieursprojekte in Gauteng en omliggende areas bedien. Die maatskappy is toegewyd aan doeltreffendheid, integriteit, deursigtigheid, tegnologie en diens, wat ‘n wye reeks innoverende oplossings bied vir alle konstruksieterreine in Gauteng.

Sleutelverantwoordelikhede:

  • Bemarkingswerk: Kry nuwe kliënte en versorg huidige kliënte.

  • Bestuur en bou van langtermynverhoudings met nuwe en bestaande kliënte.

  • Bemark B-One se volledige diensaanbod aan potensiële kliënte.

  • Maak seker dat kliëntbehoeftes betyds en doeltreffend diens gegee word.

  • Verseker die doeltreffende gebruik van maatskappyvoertuie vir kliëntbesoeke en aflewerings.

  • Volg op met kliënte om te verseker dat hulle tevrede is met die dienste wat gelewer word.

Vereistes:

  • Minimum van 2 jaar ondervinding in bemarking en as “rep”, verkieslik in die konstruksiebedryf.

  • Kennis van die verhuringsbedryf en konstruksiebedryf.

  • Uitstekende kommunikasievaardighede en vermoë om kliëntverhoudings te bou.

  • Selfstandig en gemotiveerd, met die vermoë om die teikens te bereik.

  • Goeie bestuur van tyd en vermoë om verskeie take gelyktydig te hanteer.

  • Geldige bestuurslisensie en bereidheid om maatskappyvoertuig te gebruik.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing work: Acquire new clients and manage existing clients.

  • Manage and build long-term relationships with new and existing clients.

  • Market B-One’s full range of services to potential clients.

  • Ensure that client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Ensure the efficient use of the company vehicle for client visits and deliveries.

  • Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction with the services provided.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing and as a “rep”, ideally in the construction industry.

  • Knowledge of the rental and construction industries.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build client relationships.

  • Self-driven and motivated with the ability to meet targets.

  • Good time management and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to use the company vehicle.
