PROJECT AND TEAM LEAD

SALARY: R 40 – 60K P/M

AREA: Somerset West.

WORK HOURS: 8h00 – 17H00, Monday to Friday.

The client is looking for a skilled Project and Team Leader to ensure the production team operates as a high performing team. Ensures that they deliver to an exemplary standard.

MUST HAVE: –

• Qualification: BTECH – Electrical, Electronic Engineering, with a Project Management Certificate, however the minimum standard is ND – Electrical, Electronic
• Computer Literate: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)

KNOWLEDGE

• RF circuits (Desirable)
• project management fundamentals (Essential)
• Program Test automation experience (Desirable)
• Do electronic assembly, testing and fault-finding (Important)
• Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems (Desirable)
• Knowledge and understanding of RF principles (Important)
• Do RF test equipment such as spectrum analyzers, VNAs, power meters etc. (Important)
• Basic knowledge of fiber optics (Desirable)
• General measurements – multimeter, oscilloscope, etc. (Essential)

• Advanced project management skills, creating project plans, determining schedules (Critical)
• Professional communication skills (Critical)
• Fault finding skills (Important)
• Conducting performance discussions (Important)
• Advanced spreadsheets (Excel) (Important)
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills (Critical)
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint and Outlook) (Important)

As Project and Team Lead you will

• Lead, drive, solutions, drive teams, drive projects, achieve production targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Min 3 years’ experience working in a high-value/low-volume electronic engineering production environment
