Senior Finance Manager (Fixed Term Contract)-Western Cape

Our company is seeking a highly experienced Senior Finance Manager to join our team on a fixed-term contract basis in the Western Cape. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, along with excellent leadership and strategic planning skills.

Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee all financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
– Develop and implement financial strategies to ensure the company’s long-term financial stability and growth
– Manage a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the team meets its goals
– Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and cost savings
– Work closely with senior leadership to provide financial insights and recommendations
– Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements

Qualifications and Experience:
– CA(SA)
– Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3 years in a senior management role
– Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
– Excellent leadership and communication skills
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
