RPO’s client is actively seeking an experienced Financial Administrator to join their team in Cape Town, Western Cape. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial administration, project billing, and ISO compliance.

This is a full-time, onsite position offering a market-related salary with benefits such as pension, group life, and package structuring.


Responsibilities:

  • Tenders & Proposals: Identify and evaluate tenders/RFPs/RFIs, compile responses, and track success rates.
  • Project Management & Billing: Register projects, maintain billing forecasts, issue invoices, manage debtors, and oversee collections.
  • ISO Compliance: Ensure adherence to ISO processes, conduct audits, and report compliance.
  • Petty Cash Management: Record, allocate, and reconcile monthly expenses.
  • General Administration: Maintain financial records, manage personnel files and office supplies, and assist the Financial/Branch Manager as needed.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Accounting/Bookkeeping.
  • 3+ years of experience in financial administration.
  • Experience with accounting and project management software (Proman experience is a plus).
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Strong time management, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of ISO requirements and audits.
