Job Description
Location: Caledon
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hire Resolve is currently seeking two experienced bookkeepers who are fluent in Afrikaans to join our client’s team in Caledon. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in bookkeeping and be able to perform a variety of financial tasks accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the company
– Process invoices, expenses, and payments in a timely manner
– Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
– Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting and forecasting
– Assist with payroll processing and tax preparation
– Communicate with clients, vendors, and colleagues in Afrikaans
– Provide general office support as needed
Requirements:
– Fluency in Afrikaans is required
– Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a related role
– Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
– Proficiency with accounting software (Quickbooks, Xero, etc.)
– Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
– Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
