Are you a dynamic and driven attorney specialising in corporate and commercial law? Our client is seeking an experienced commercial attorney with a proven track record in contract drafting and Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) to join their team.
Key Requirements:
- LLB degree (essential).
- B. Com / Finance degree (advantageous).
- LLM in Corporate and Commercial Law (advantageous).
- 4+ years post-article experience, with a strong focus on non-litigious corporate and commercial law matters.
- Exceptional contract drafting skills.
- In-depth knowledge of corporate and commercial transactions, including:
- Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A).
- Corporate Finance.
- Private Equity.
- Deal Structuring.
- Transactional Tax.
- Fluency in English (verbal and written); proficiency in Afrikaans will be advantageous.
- Fully computer literate, including MS Word and Excel.
R25,000 to R65,000 CTC as a basic salary (depending on experience and qualifications) + incentives
