Job Description


Our client is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service Consultant to join their team and assist their clients in Dutch and German with providing outstanding service.
LOCATION:
Umhlanga, KwaZulu-Natal
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Be the primary point of contact for Dutch and German-speaking customers seeking assistance
  • Need to handle inquiries, processing bookings, providing advice on vehicle options for rental
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
  • Matric (or equivalent)
  • At least 3 years customer service experience
  • Fluency in Dutch and German (both written and spoken) is a must
  • A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
