Logistics and Cash Sales Coordinator
Job Description
Hire Resolve’s Client is seeking an energetic and customer-focused Logistics & Cash Sales Coordinator for the North Coast (Richards Bay area). This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with experience in logistics administration and a passion for sales and customer service. You will be responsible for managing stock, coordinating sales, and ensuring smooth operations for cash sales customers.
Responsibilities:
- Manage reception and cash sales area
- Greet and assist visitors and contractors
- Maintain high housekeeping standards
- Assist with stock-taking and inventory management
- Process stock entries in SAP and handle documentation
- Oversee GRVs and secondary packaging records
- Coordinate local deliveries
- Generate and file invoices
- Provide excellent customer service and sales support
- Capture and process customer orders and payments
- Manage office stationery and consumables
- Compile and update POD and GRV reports
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma (Degree advantageous)
- At least 3 years’ experience in customer service or logistics administration
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Fluent in English & Afrikaans (isiZulu is a plus)
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Service-oriented with a customer-first approach
- Reliable, trustworthy, and punctual
- Ability to balance customer interaction with stock and admin tasks
- Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile
