Job Description


Hire Resolve’s Client is seeking an energetic and customer-focused Logistics & Cash Sales Coordinator for the North Coast (Richards Bay area). This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with experience in logistics administration and a passion for sales and customer service. You will be responsible for managing stock, coordinating sales, and ensuring smooth operations for cash sales customers.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage reception and cash sales area
  • Greet and assist visitors and contractors
  • Maintain high housekeeping standards
  • Assist with stock-taking and inventory management
  • Process stock entries in SAP and handle documentation
  • Oversee GRVs and secondary packaging records
  • Coordinate local deliveries
  • Generate and file invoices
  • Provide excellent customer service and sales support
  • Capture and process customer orders and payments
  • Manage office stationery and consumables
  • Compile and update POD and GRV reports

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma (Degree advantageous)
  • At least 3 years’ experience in customer service or logistics administration
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • Fluent in English & Afrikaans (isiZulu is a plus)
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Service-oriented with a customer-first approach
  • Reliable, trustworthy, and punctual
  • Ability to balance customer interaction with stock and admin tasks
  • Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile
