Job Title: Marketing Coordinator and Administrator

Location: Orion Group, 3rd Floor, 26 Wellington Road, Parktown.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Depending on experience

Responsibilities:

– Create and manage social media content, including writing and curating posts, responding to comments, and monitoring engagement
– Develop blog content that aligns with the company’s marketing strategy and brand messaging
– Build and send out newsletters to engage with customers and prospects
– Write and update website copy and content to ensure it is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with the company’s marketing goals
– Draft press releases to generate media coverage for the company’s products or services
– Create and manage email marketing campaigns to effectively communicate with customers and drive sales
– Coordinate the design and production of print media, such as brochures, flyers, and promotional materials
– Set up and maintain a marketing calendar to track all marketing activities and deadlines
– Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and items for events
– Plan and execute events and activations to promote the company’s products or services
– Manage sales and marketing material inventory, including gifts and promotional items
– Coordinate competitions and giveaways to engage with customers and generate leads
– Solicit and manage guest reviews on various platforms to enhance the company’s online reputation
– Assist with campaign logistics, including tracking and reporting on campaign performance
– Support in data capturing, lead management, and general administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
– 2+ years of experience in marketing coordination and administration
– Strong writing and communication skills
– Proficiency in social media platforms and content management systems
– Experience with email marketing tools and analytics platforms
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
– Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
– Knowledge of marketing best practices and industry trends
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
– Experience with graphic design software is a plus
