Admin Manager
Job Description
TWK Agri has the following vacancy available: Admin Manager within the Trade division at Matsapha, Swaziland.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Control branch administration procedures
- POS process management
- HR/IR management
- Operations policy and procedure
- Capture and reporting of marketer’s commissions
- Work in conjunction with Branch Managers regarding the resolving of audit findings
- Identify risk areas and implement counter measures in conjunction with Branch manager
- Report to Branch Manager
Qualifications and Skills:
- Matric / Grade 12
- At least 5 years’ experience in the Agricultural sector in an Admin Management role
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a pressurised environment
- High attention to detail
- Previous administrative experience
- Excellent grasp of company policy and procedure
- Fully bilingual (English and Afrikaans)
- Calm disposition when faced with challenges (advantageous)
