A well-established Manufacturing & Supply company in Pinetown is seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join their team.
The ideal candidate MUST be a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) SA with 3-4 years of relevant experience. This role requires someone with exceptional communication skills, the ability to work independently, and strong expertise in consolidating budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting. A thorough understanding of South African tax legislation is essential.
Requirements:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) SA or with 3-4 years’ experience
- Thorough knowledge of South African tax legislation
- High-level knowledge of Companies Act requirements
- Proficiency on JDE (JD Edwards) Financial Software
- Strong knowledge of IFRS for SMEs and financial reporting standards
- Proven ability to manage audits, tax computations, VAT submissions, and compliance matters
- Excellent analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Deadline-driven with exceptional organizational skills
