Client Relations Manager

Constantia Fertilizer, part of the TWK group, has the following vacancy available: Client Relations Manager at Piet Retief, Mpumalanga.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Engage with farmers to understand their agricultural needs and provide expert advice on fertilizers and soil management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive business growth
• Assist farmers with opening accounts and navigating our product and service offerings
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging agricultural technologies
• Monitor market trends and customer needs to develop strategies for business growth
• Assist in product positioning and marketing efforts to enhance brand awareness
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales, and feedback

 
Qualifications and Skills:

• Matric / Grade 12
• Degree or diploma in Agriculture, Agronomy, or related field
• Proven experience in a client-facing role within the agricultural sector
• Strong knowledge of fertilizers, soil health, and crop management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
