Hands-on HR generalist role in a sales and distribution environment.
Required
- Relevant bachelor’s degree/HR qualification with a minimum of 8-10 years as an HR generalist experience gained in sales/distribution/manufacturing
- Essential working knowledge and experience in all HR generalist functions
- Good working knowledge of payroll, medical aid, provident and pension fund admin
- Previous experience gained working with an accredited HR ERP system – reports – essential
- SAP experience
- Willing to work in a hands-on environment
- Own transport, valid licence
- Must currently reside in/near Vaal/Vereeniging
