Hire Resolve’s client, a well-established consumer goods firm is urgently seeking a highly skilled Senegalese Financial Executive.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of monthly financials reports, manage accounts payables and inventory.
• The person shall administer and monitor the financial system to ensure finances data are maintained in an accurate and timely manner.
• Track and manage the accuracy of the inventory records through preparation of the monthly inventory reports and monthly stock count reconciliation
• Review, check, co-ordinate and arrange payment request and fund requests
• Perform matching of supplier invoices to purchase orders and delivery orders/ good receive notes to ensure proper authorisation and completeness of transactions
• Process payments, recording of supplier invoices and payments
• Perform month-end closing procedures
• Prepare monthly cashflow forecast, track the cash position on weekly basis and perform bank reconciliation
• Any other ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree/ ACCA with minimum 3 years of related experience
• Familiar with accounting software such as Navision as well as Microsoft Office
• Strong administrative and good communication skills
• Strong sense of responsibility and urgency in handling tasks, positive attitude and meticulous
• Able to multi-task and work independently
• Fluent in English and preferably in Chinese so as able to communicate with overseas colleagues (Must be able to speak and write English (As our HQ is in Singapore, we will need this person to speak and write fluent English)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
