Our client is looking for an experienced Key Accounts Manager (Cleaning) to join their Operations team in Gauteng. This role is crucial in ensuring organizational effectiveness by leading cleaning operational functions and managing key client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
• Balance budgets and optimize soft costs.
• Draft and extract key operational reports.
• Develop and implement training programs.
• Conduct audits, inspections, and industrial relations support.
• Manage a high-value portfolio independently.
• Build strong relationships with clients and identify upsell opportunities.
• Oversee a large workforce and ensure compliance with service-level agreements.
• Manage site performance, wage accuracy, chemical and equipment costs.
• Ensure health and safety compliance across all sites.
• Assist with debtors’ account management.

Minimum Requirements:
• Matric Certificate.
• Proficiency in computer systems.
• Valid Driver’s License (Code 08) and own a reliable vehicle.
• Experience in commercial and sensitive market environments.
• Senior Management experience in Hospitality/Cleaning (advantageous).
• Diploma in Business Management (advantageous).
• Knowledge of cleaning industry regulations, and operational and client requirements.

• Knowledge of South African and industry-specific laws.
• Analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Basic understanding of the Health and Safety Act of 1993.
